We, together, will create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve all of your health goals because we will work as a team. We can take advantage of advances a made in understanding stress and dietary theories while using practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you to discover which approach works best for you.

You are unique. What we will do differently compared to others is to first assess your health history privately, understanding who you are as a person. Then, as we move forward, we will determine what your specific decision making style is using an inventory that allows us together to understand what manner of change behavior is best for you, in a specific manner.

Most approaches to stress reduction and behavioral nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, we will first work to understand your underlying goals and then create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.

Additionally, stress management is the basic root cause for the majority of our challenges and learning how to manage this issue will reduce a variety of secondary issues, such as eating behaviors or lifestyle challenges, and can be easily reversed.

No one lifestyle plan works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
